Exhibitors at "EurasiaBio-2010" have the opportunity to present their products and services to experts from industry, trade and the service sector and to turn promising contacts into new business.
STEP 1st: Register your participation at the exhibition submitting the on line Registration form on this website. At the same time you can select on the floorplan and book your exhibit space. It can be equipped booth of 4 or 6 sqm or unequipped space of 4 sqm for placement of your own mobile stand. In case you need more space than 4-6 sqm you will be offered to book adjacent place by your choice. If you need space exceeding 12 sqm or you have some special requests please contact the representative of our partner company WTC EXPO:

STEP 2nd: Receiving a confrmation of the selected space reservation via email.
STEP 3rd: To build up the booked exhibition area in accordance with your layout print and fill in the BOOTH DESIGN FORM. The filled and signed Form please return to us by fax+7(499)795-39-00 or at the e-mail address: vika@kraftexpo.ru
You can see a sample of filling in of the BOOTH DESIGN FORM here. After sending this BOOTH DESIGN FORM you will be contacted by our representative in order to precise all technical matters.
STEP 4th: Pay the invoice you get shortly after your registration according to the conditions presented on this page
STEP 5th: Send via email congress@eurasiabio.org the logo of you company (Corel Draw or JPEG format) to be placed in the Exhibition Catalogue, as well as the list of personnel who will work at the booth and must be accredited and got their passes. Please, give the full name of your company/organization as well as full names and positions of employees.
● Presentation of products/technologies/services/ products samples/information, advertising materials on a standard equipped booth. The kind of the booth, its size, location and additional equipment required (if necessary) are determined when filling in the Registration form and Exhibition area design form.
● Presentation of information and advertising materials (products samples) within an unequipped space for placement of your own banner/mobile stand.

in order to enter your presentation on the Congress Programme fill in and send at congress@eurasiabio.org the APPLICATION FORM . In addition, a company's representative who will make the presentation and will not be accredited as an Exhibitor's representative must register for the Congress and pay registration fee at least for 1 day pass.

Discounted cost of the 15-minutes Company presentation totals EUR 255. No VAT charged.
All paid Company Presentations will be printed as the abstracts in the Congress Book free of charge.
The payments have to be done on receipt of the invoices by bank transfer before March 31, 2010.
The invoices will be in EURO, but you could transfer any currency using appropriate exchange rate. The invoices are payable within 15 business days.
In order to be considered all cancellations must be submitted in writing to tatiana.gaeva@eurasiabio.org not later than March 31, 2010. Cancellations received before March 31, 2010 will be refunded less the registration fee. Cancellations received after March 31, 2010 will not be reimbursed. Reimbursements will be processed after the close of "EurasiaBio-2010". Independent of cancellation the information about company will be presented in the Exhibition Catalogue and one copy of Catalogue will be delivered to the company by post.
